Can I Make payments online?
Yes, you can make payments anytime online. To set up online payments: Step 1 - Log in to your account Step 2 - Go to Payment Profile Step 3 - Select New Checking Account Step 4 - Enter all required fields including bank information, routing # and account Step 5 - Save Payment Method Step 6 - Go to Payments Step 7 - Enter in a $ amount under Amount OR under Amount Quick Pay drop-down, please select the amount option for Due, Next, or Full. Step 8 - Go to Payment Information / Payment Method drop-down, please select what you named your previously set up Payment Profile Step 9 - Click the Process Payment button
Can I set up Recurring/Automatic Payments?
Yes! Step 1 - Log in to your account and go to Payment Profile Step 2 - Schedule Automatic Payment Step 3 - Under the New Automatic Payment section, please enter Description (anything you want to name this), Autopay Type drop-down set to Recurring Due Dates. Finally click Save Automatic Payment at the bottom Step 4 - Please ensure that you have your Payment Profile updated for your banking information. The e-check automatic payments need to have saved bank information so that payments can post from your bank. Please see FAQ item on making payments online that covers how to set up a Payment Profile.
I forgot my password, how can I access my account online
If you are accessing this site for the first time or have forgot your password, please click the link for “Get help here” (upper right hand corner) and enter your email address. This email address should be the same that you used to go through our program and signed loan documents with. Once you enter your email address a password reset email will be sent automatically to you. Please click the link in the email. The link will require you to verify that you are not a robot (you will be prompted to click pictures that will appear). Please ensure you have fully updated internet browsers or use Google Chrome if you are having issues with Internet Explorer. By using an updated internet browser, you will be able to move past this step and access your account. You will need to reset your password. Please keep in a safe spot, but you will always be able to follow this process to reset your password. If you have trouble with this process, please contact us.
Why are fees added to my online payment?
We are charged fees by merchant processors, the companies that process the transfer of funds from your debit card/bank account to our depository account. The 2% fee that you see covers the merchant processor costs. In general, these fees are lower than what you would encounter with PayPal. We remain committed to your positive economic mobility while also building a sustainable business model so that we may continue serving clients.
Is this web site available in another language? Can I view my loan activity and make payments in a view with my preferred language?
Yes! On the top of the screen there is an option for translation. The drop down menu next to the "G" can be accessed so that available languages can be selected. The default language is in English but many languages are available.
